Style Stars of the 2020 Emmy Awards

2020 emmy awards zendaya's look

With the 2020 pandemic, events have been a bit different. It was no different for the 2020 Emmy awards. The event which was hosted by Jimmy Kimmel had its virtual red carpet, can you even imagine what that would look like? Well, we care about the style so we would be sharing with you our favorite looks from the Emmy awards 2020.

1) Billy Porter

It is only fair to start with this style star. If you know Billy porter, you know he slays different. It was a virtual red carpet, it is understandable if you are chilled out. However, Billy Porter doesn’t even know what chill means. He decked his custom made Ashi studio outfit, made a statement as usual, and we absolutely love it.

2) Yara Shahidi

Yara kept it simple with this Prada embellished number. We love her hairstyle which screams black girl magic. Trust Yara to always look gorgeous even if she is keeping her style really simple.

3)Tracee Ellis Ross

Always trust Tracee, to bring the magic which she did. With Tracee, it is always a no basic zone style. She even had a personal red carpet rolled out as she rocked this tiered gold gown by Alexandre Vauthier. We get Tracee’s style, her extraness, and we love it.

4) Zendaya

We can already hear the chant of Zendaya. Not only did she make the record as the youngest winner in the category for lead actress in a drama series, she also made a record with her outfit. The outfit was in line with her achievement for the night. Her outfit was ageless and looked like what you would wear when you are about to make history. The sweet surprise is that she wore two outfits. She stepped into the red carpet like, I am about to create history, then collected her award in another outfit, like history has been made. Did we hear someone chant, black girl magic? Yes, we did.
