One Wellness set the tone for women’s health advocacy in Lagos as it partnered with PCOS Conquerors to host the transformative E.A.T. at the Table event on Saturday, September 27, at Kaly Restaurant. More than a fine dining experience, the evening ignited conversations around healing, freedom, and flourishing in women’s wellness.

The intimate dinner, themed “Come Hungry, Leave Whole,” marked the pre-launch of E.A.T.: Emotional Appetite Therapy, authored by award-winning women’s health advocate Seyi Amao. The gathering seamlessly blended storytelling, science, and faith, creating an unforgettable experience that inspired hope and renewed purpose.
Hosted by Deborah Oguike (aka Debbie The Media Girl), the event was powered by One Wellness Clinic and PCOS Conquerors, with additional support from ProSkin Aesthetic Clinic, Adam Scents, Sissy Remi, Tsemaye Binitie, BB Artistry, and Orange Mic. Together, these partners amplified the book’s message, curating an evening that reflected the journey from struggle to wholeness.

- Pastor Moses Ida-Michaels ended with a blessing, declaring the evening the start of a women’s wellness movement.

One Wellness and PCOS Advocacy
For One Wellness, the evening also reflected a commitment to corporate social responsibility and advancing women’s healthcare access. Guests toured the facilities. They heard specialists discuss technology’s role in advancing fertility and PCOS treatment.
“At One Wellness, supporting women with PCOS is not just medical — it’s personal. Partnering with E.A.T at the Table during PCOS Awareness Month allowed us to spotlight the real challenges women face while reminding them that care, hope, and community are within reach,” said a One Wellness representative.

Experiential Wellness and Lifestyle Elements
Beyond dialogue, the event featured memorable hands-on experiences. Each guest crafted a 30ml signature perfume with Adam Scents, enjoyed beauty treatments, and joined a raffle. Prizes included fashion tokens from Sissy Remi, Tsemaye Binitie, and BB Artistry, along with complimentary treatments from ProSkin Aesthetic Clinic. Orange Mic was also recognized as the creative agency behind the book’s production and printing.
Seyi Amao emphasized the movement behind her book:
“E.A.T is more than a book; it’s a pathway to wholeness. Last night proved that when science, faith, and sisterhood meet, we move beyond feeding cravings to truly feeding our lives.”
