- \u00bd teaspoon baking powder<\/li>

- 1 tablespoon vanilla flavour (or whatever flavour tickles your fancy)<\/li>

Steps<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
- In a large bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda and sugar<\/li>
- In another bowl, mix the milk, egg, flavour and oil together<\/li>
- Add the wet ingredients into the flour mixture and stir until just incorporated <\/li>
- Heat a lightly oiled frying pan over medium heat. Scoop 1\/4 cup batter onto the pan. Cook for approx. 2 mins or until bubbly on top; flip until the other side is golden brown.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n
