The Africa Creative Market (ACM) brings major stakeholders in the African and International Creative Industries together to facilitate value exchange between Africa\u2019s creative sector and the world. ACM\u2019s mission is to empower creatives to scale, by providing the blueprint for establishing commercially viable and sustainable business models. This will be facilitated through anecosystem of capacity building programs\/trainings, access to funding; and exposure to the global creative market. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
ACM<\/strong>\u00a0is partnered with, and supported by, His Imperial Majesty (H.I.M),\u00a0Ooni\u00a0Adeyeye\u00a0Enitan\u00a0Ogunwusi, OJAJA II,\u00a0Ooni\u00a0of Ife, Swedish Embassy, Paramount Africa, Women\u00a0In\u00a0Film\u00a0LA, Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, Women in Film & Television International (WIFTI), Berlin Film Festival through\u00a0the\u00a0Black European Creative Hub (BECH),\u00a0Ascend Studios Foundation,\u00a0WIFT Africa, FWIFT Nigeria,\u00a0Israel\u00a0Cinema Project:\u00a0Rabinovich\u00a0Foundation,\u00a0The YD Company, Entertainment IP Ventures, Liechtenstein, 789 Consulting,\u00a0KaffyInc,\u00a0Wave Nation France, Ekila Agency\u00a0and a host of other prestigious companies and organizations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n ACM <\/strong>covers several sectors within the creative industry, but for the 2022 convention, pivotal attention will be on Film & TV<\/strong>, Music<\/strong>, Dance<\/strong>, and Fashion<\/strong> industries. Other sectors with sub focus include Advertising, Games, Cultural Education, Edutainment, VR\/AR, and Photography.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The Nigerian creative industry, as well as that of Africa by extension, is made up of millions of creatives. Notwithstanding, some of these creatives are yet to discover the magnitude of the unending possibilities of their talents. In the same vein, those who have discovered their potential are yet to ignite them; possible reasons include lack of mentorship, coaching, inaccessibility to funding, and many other factors.
