CeraVe Nigeria has officially concluded its CeramoVE campaign with the vibrant CerAwards 2026 Gala in Lagos, and this marks its most ambitious creator-led activation in Nigeria so far. Over the past few weeks, creators across the country participated actively, while audiences engaged in widespread online conversations and shared creative reinterpretations of iconic Nollywood scenes. As a result, the campaign built strong cultural momentum before its final celebration in Lagos.



Jury Review and Selection Process
To ensure fairness and creative depth, a distinguished jury reviewed all entries carefully. The panel included Funke Akindele (Actress, Producer & Director), Uzor Arukwe (Actor), Anais Routhiau (Business Development Manager, CeraVe Africa), Ijeoma Balogun (CEO, Redrick PR), Subuola Oyeleye (Founder, Beauty Hut Africa), and Yvonne Enwerem (VP, Konga Health).





In addition, the judges evaluated each submission based on originality, execution, storytelling strength, and cultural relevance. Consequently, the most outstanding creators advanced to the final stage of recognition.
CerAwards 2026 Gala in Lagos
On April 23 in Lagos, the CerAwards 2026 Gala brought together finalists, creators, media professionals, industry leaders, and cultural influencers. Hosted by Bisola Aiyeola, the evening began with a blue carpet reception, and shortly after, guests enjoyed a curated cocktail experience.
Furthermore, the event featured live performances, recognition moments for creators, and award presentations across six categories, including cleansing content, originality, virality, education, body moisturising, and creative execution. As the night progressed, each segment highlighted the diversity and strength of Nigeria’s creator ecosystem.


Winners and Paris Creator Trip
One of the most exciting moments of the night came when three standout creators won the CeraVe Global Creator Trip to Paris. Through this win, they will now represent Nigeria on an international stage alongside creators from other markets.



Additionally, several finalists received cash prizes to support their content creation journeys. This support ensures they continue building on the momentum gained from the CeramoVE campaign.





Launch of the New CeraVe Squad
The gala also introduced the new CeraVe Squad, and this moment marked a fresh chapter for the brand’s creator community in Nigeria. With this unveiling, CeraVe strengthened its commitment to working closely with emerging digital voices who shape beauty and lifestyle conversations.
